About Boerne Middle School North

Our History
The campus of Boerne Middle School North is the most historic of the 13 Boerne ISD campuses. This campus on Johns Road has been educating and serving the Boerne community for over 95 years.
BMSN was originally the site of the old Boerne High School which was completed in 1929. With multiple renovations over the years, this campus became Boerne Middle School in the fall of 1972, when the new high school opened. When a second middle school opened its doors in 2000, the school on Johns Road became BMS North and the new middle school became BMS South. As the Boerne community grew, more campuses were built to meet the needs of our families; yet, Boerne Middle School North remains a special place for many.
